How does ordering online work?

Add products to your order and place it online. Pay by bank transfer at checkout, or at the shop when you collect. We prepare it and message you when it is ready.

Can I pay online?

Yes. Pay by bank transfer at checkout (upload your transfer receipt before placing the order), or pay in Vatu at the counter when you collect.

How do I get a prescription medicine?

Send a photo of your prescription with the enquiry form on the medicine’s page, or on WhatsApp +678 592 2159. Our pharmacist checks it and tells you when it is ready.

Why do some products say “Enquire for price”?

Some prices are not online yet. Send an enquiry and we will reply with the price.
